摘要: We report the synthesis of uniform-sized hexagonal ZnO nanocrystals by thermolysis Zn-oleate complex, which was prepared from reaction inexpensive and environmentally friendly reagents such as zinc nitrate sodium oleate. Two organic compounds with different boiling points, octadecene octylether, were selected medium for complex. Under optimized conditions, we able to synthesize nanoparticles size being about 10 nm. X-ray diffraction transmission electron micrograph (TEM) images confirmed high crystallinity nanocrystals.
