摘要: The discussion of method has a long history. term ‘method’ is Greek (from meta + odos, meta-way, “following after,” suggesting the idea order), and already in Plato’s Phaedrus (265D to 277C) Socrates speaks relation technē or art. refers Hippocrates, presumably because Hippocrates’s art medicine (1) was useful solving practical problems life, (2) guided practice with understanding thus superior both (3) those medical skills which rested on mechanical, routine procedures (4) inefficient succeeded by chance accident. Procedures kinds are “blind.” Indeed, says that any artist attempting proceed without like blind man (Gilbert, 1960, pp. 3, 4, 39–41).
