摘要: Many classes of bioactive drug-like molecules derived from traditional herbal plants are becoming attractive as alternative medicines for the treatment severe chronic diseases such cancer and obesity. A set chemically synthesized drugs that is capable both inhibiting growth reducing body weight obesity have side effects including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea well producing increased blood pressure headache, respectively. For decades, drug candidates been considered potential therapeutic agents because they generally safer, less toxic, fewer lethal than or semi-synthetic drugs. Understanding key factors affecting pharmacological clinical outcomes has a critical theme natural product research. However, standardized sample preparation methods, well-controlled scientific studies, validation studies needed before therapeutics can be introduced into global market. This review will address current advances in using plants, challenges faced during development new The safety issues associated with toxicity effectiveness herbs specific also discussed.
