摘要: Globally, blended learning (BL) technologies have been increasingly applied in a variety of fields, both public and private sectors. In recent years, universities, businesses organizations are among those employing methods training re-training professionals the workforce. Malaysia, increasing use to enhance enriching soft skills individuals work place is evident. The advancement technology an onset many new avenues tool for teaching, it coalescing these various with particular pedagogy or andragogy has helped popularize BL. However, when institution makes critical choice delivery methods, pertinent that university needs consider success factors. One studentcentered approach entails need understand students as beneficiary learning, support system they help them learn.
