摘要: Cell cycle is an orderly progression through a series of events culminating in the duplication chromosomes during S-phase and segregation into daughter cells mitosis. The S-and M-phases are so called active phases which preceded by preparatory phases, gap when regulatory inputs pereceived; G1 G2, respectively (Fig. 6.1). Chromosomes G1-, S G2-phases (interphase) decondensed within nuclei but intephase still known to occupy distinct territories this organisation important for replication, transcription, repair recombination processes (Schubert Shaw 2011). Mitosis cell period packed with morphological subdivided pro-, meta-, ana- telophases followed cytokinesis. Within chapter we will focus on central regulators phase transitions, before get onto large details first summarise what being regulated these aim pinpoint conserved plant specific mechanisms.
