摘要: Martha Nussbaum has recently argued that “the language of capabilities … gives important precision and supplementation to the rights.” This claim raises question whether idea capabilities, as she or Amartya Sen developed it, provides a basis for capturing deriving basic liberties such liberty employment freedom movement.
