摘要: This paper gives the synthesis of several metallo-organic (MO) compounds. The MO compounds have been synthesized so that thermal decomposition produces fine metal oxide powders, or films ⋍0.1 to 0.3 μm thick without going through powder stage. Metallo-organic (MOD) process differs from SOL-GEL in a gel is never formed, and compound requirements are considerably different. Ferroelectric BaTiO3 PbTiO3 powders were formed at 600°C 450°C respectively, which much lower temperatures than those required by conventional techniques. Defect free tetragonal 1 2 over an area cm × ⋍470°C, 20 30°C below its Curie Temperature.
