摘要: Cancer gene therapy relies on nucleic acid carriers. Because of their diversity, viruses fulfill most requirements for delivery in clinical situations. However, parallel evolution and hosts has made foreign protein particles, as well infected cells, effective targets the immune system. Although latter consequence can be turned into therapeutic benefit, former excludes repetitive treatment, which is only reasonable approach a chronic disease such cancer.
