摘要: Personalized medicine aims to integrate a number of characteristics such as genetic and epigenetic variations, other biomarkers, clinical symptoms, environmental factors in order predict susceptibility disease, aid diagnosis, identify efficacious treatments with maximum likelihood favorable response minimal chance adverse effects. The use personalized approaches psychiatry is underdeveloped, but has profound potential for improving prevention treatment. There are studies that have found promising associations between variety biomarkers psychopharmacological treatment various psychiatric disorders. These include neuroimaging, electrophysiology, peripheral serum, plasma variations genomics, epigenetics, proteomics, metabolomics. Ultimately, the best model precision complex, multifactorial diseases illnesses will likely involve integrated methodology combines information from multiple sources including biologic, clinical, data. While much progress been made development valid disorders, there work be done determining their utility.
