摘要: The negative consequences of climate change are an increasingly prominent discussion point in global negotiations. This topic has recently risen to attention with the establishment “Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated Climate Change Impacts”. Mounting scientific evidence suggests that despite mitigation adaptation efforts, residual losses damages from inevitable. More information is needed on future impacts where limits lie. will allow creation policies help avoid impacts, possible, address loss damage when it occurs.
