摘要: Reactions leading to rupture of phosphoester (in particular, phosphodiester) bonds occupy a special place among chemical conversions c the nucleic acids and their components. They are basis analytical methods used determine composition structure acids. Although nowadays hydrolysis have largely been replaced by enzymic methods, because cleavage can then take under milder conditions in more specific manner, nevertheless possibilities afforded still far from exhausted.
