摘要: Botrytis cinerea, the main pathogen of strawberry, has ability to remain quiescent in unripe tissue and develop disease symptoms ripe fruit. As strawberry ripening is characterized by an increase aroma compounds, role volatile emission development infection was investigated. Thirty-five organic compounds (VOCs) were tested on B. cinerea vitro analysed harvested at four stages headspace solid-phase microextraction/gas chromatography–mass spectrometry proton transfer reaction– time flight–mass spectrometry. The coupling such data sets made it possible conclude that key stimulate conidial germination some typical wound-volatiles or mycelial growth. This study first report fungal stimulation VOCs naturally occurring strawberry: esters ethyl butanoate, cis-3-hexenyl acetate, trans-2-hexenyl methyl butanoate hexyl furanones furaneol mesifurane, alcohol trans-2-hexenol. results this work provide advances understanding functional fruit suggest, for time, may influence from latent phase they could favour invasive growth after wounding. In particular, signal ripening, green leaf volatiles trans-2-hexenol, acetate presence damaged tissues are easier sites penetration cinerea.
