摘要: The irradiation (visible light) of Fischer carbene complexes promotes the reversible insertion a cis-carbonyl ligand into metal–carbene carbon bond in process known as photocarbonylation. This reaction gives rise to formation ketene-like which are able react with nucleophiles yield great variety products. When nucleophile is an imine, β-lactams formed good excellent yields and high diastereoselectivities. scope limitations this synthetically useful transformation well its mechanism considered herein.
