摘要: Forming of metal–nanocomposite laminates, including nanoclay-reinforced polypropylene and glass fiber as the core layer, aluminum 1050-O skin is studied. The effect different weight percentages nanoclay particles in matrix, 0, 1, 3, 5 7 wt%, investigated on drawing depth force during deep process. results show that by addition particles, increase at first then decrease. highest obtained 3 wt% 1 wt%. Besides, lowest were nanoclay. Comparison strains outer layers shows strain values could be observed Strains decrease due to so even less than pure sample.
