摘要: F-box protein 21 (Fbxo21), a member of the family proteins, constitutes one four subunits an E3 ubiquitin ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-Cullin-F-box). Despite effect on antivirus immune response and ubiquitination regulation few oncoproteins, such as EID1 P-gp, little is known about Fbxo21 function in tumors, including gastric cancer. In our study, we confirmed that expression was decreased cancer tissues. Decreased significantly associated with poor prognosis inhibited progression by inducing growth arrest inhibiting migration invasion. The various EMT markers, E-cadherin, N-cadherin Vimentin were altered after knockdown or overexpression. Moreover, demonstrated via down-regulation Nr2f2. negatively correlated Nr2f2 tissues cell lines. And abundance regulated proteasomal degradation. At last, effects re-expression inhibition stable Fbxo21-overexpression Fbxo21-silenced These results suggested proliferation part through down-regulating
