摘要: Endoscopic surgery demands different specific psychomotor skills than open surgery. Virtual reality simulation training has the potential to be a valuable tool in these skills, because provides opportunity train safe environment. In addition training, virtual simulators are capable objectively assess of subject training. contrast traditional box trainers and animal models that require human monitored evaluation resulting subjective assessment. The LapSim simulator is system designed develop basic advanced laparoscopic tasks Prior implementation based modalities into surgical curriculum validated. programs should developed evaluated.
