摘要: In isolated myocytes from mammalian ventricles a fast and slow component in the contractile response to depolarizing voltage clamp steps were identified. The potential dependence of was identical activation curve iCa. component, however, remained at its maximal amplitude potentials positive + 10 mV (up 100 mV), which range iCa declined eventually disappeared. results suggest that may be activated by Ca entering through sarcolemmal channels, whereas depends on release intracellular sites depend both Cai voltage.
