摘要: Abstract Methods have been presented for the determination of two biogenic amines (5-HT and DA) in nervous tissues various invertebrates. The sensitivity these methods is such that 2 4 pmoles 5-HT DA, respectively, can be measured quantitatively. Results on levels individual ganglia nerve trunks Aplysia, Tritonia leech isolated Retzius cells leech.
