摘要: Cross-country evidence shows that a subset of developing countries isgrowing very rapidly, taking advantage opportunities to ``catch-up'' atthe same time other are growing slowly. We arguethat this is due differences in the quality governance. Inparticular we show productivity growth higher better-governedcountries.
