摘要: An integrated records system and method is provided that permits rapid encounter recording via a simplified, customized, flexible form uniquely generated on per-customer basis, additionally providing unique hand-written and/or dictated impressions. In the case of medical records, can be used to generate patient specific forms for use during visit.
