摘要: School system in which classes are scheduled 1 week the morning and other afternoon, students rotate schedule every week, fosters sleep irregularity. In this study, we examined morningness–eveningness of adolescents who were involved such school time explored relationship between their circadian preferences characteristics. A large sample 2287 ages 11 18 years (52% girls) from 24 schools Croatia was studied. The Sleep Habits Survey modified to enable differentiation patterns two schedules weekends. Two measures ME used: Morningness–Eveningness Scale for Children (MESC) mid-sleep on weekends (MSFsc).
