ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC CHANGES IN THE LITTERMATE MONGREL DOGS FROM BIRTH TO SIX MONTHS OF LIFE

摘要: Summary Evaluation of the cardiovascular system canine pediatrics requires awareness anatomical and physiological changes occurring from birth to six m onths age. The aim this study was report electrocardiographic in littermate mong rel dogs months. Serial six-lead electrocardiograms were recorded ten normal li ttermate mongrel kept on right lateral recumbe ncy, aged between Heart rate signi ficantly decreased until age months, rea ching values 99 ± 5 beats per min. Age as well body weight caused a gradual increas e duration P wave, P-R Q-T intervals, S-T segment also mplitude R T waves. Sinus rhythm commonplace under 18-week-old sinus arrhythmia found 16 weeks Sex only influenced amplitude Q Males had higher mean wave (0.991 0.050) than females (0.740 0.039), but f emales (0.256 0.013) males (0.217 0.010). mea n electrical axis (±SD) QRS waves 69.61° 21.47°. possible dependence ele ctrocardiographic alterations should be take into consideration practical veterinary medicine when working with different ages.
