摘要: MIS design approaches call for managers to specify their information needs be used as requirements in the process. To explore merits of th is practice, from organizations across United States were interviewed. The asked indicate preference personal, interactive, report, and analytic types various stages decision making familiarity. These preferences assessed determine they influenced by managers' personal characteristics (such psychological makeup experience), task, or both. Analysis found that not manager but task. demonstrated an understanding uses consistent with support literature, providing user specification requirements.
