摘要: A Fredholm integral equation of the first kind is developed for finding charge distribution on a circular conducting plate buried in homogeneous earth. The method moments used to solve functional equations. Techniques are evaluate and differentiate singular by numerical means. An extremely fast rate convergence gained expanding functions with an appropriate singularity. It observed that currents dispersed into earth small region near edge disc. Contrary popular perceptions, earthing resistance disc not inversely proportional its area. simple empirical formula enumerating terms radius, depth burial, conductivity derived.
