摘要: A novel mixed substrate solid-state fermentation (SSF) process has been developed for Aspergillus niger MTCC 2594 using wheat bran (WB) and gingelly oil cake (GOC) the results showed that addition of GOC to WB (WB : GOC, 3 1, w/w) increased lipase activity by 36.0% was 384.3+/-4.5 U/g dry at 30 degrees C 72 h. Scale up production 100 g 1 kg tray-level batch resulted in 95.0% 84.0% enzyme activities respectively three-stage multiple contact counter-current extraction yielded 97% recovery with a time 60 min. However, simple percolation plug-flow methods decreased recoveries. The SSF significant increase specific (58.9%) when compared submerged (SmF) system. Furthermore, an efficient standardized this process. Use along as potential raw materials could be great commercial significance. This is first report on from solid substrates, which are enzymes other value-added products.
