摘要: A windshield washer fluid dispenser providing a delayed start function, whereby the user can open hood of their vehicle and cap to reservoir. utilizing cellular credit card processing system for payment means, is configurable given application. Embodiments with proximity device, RFID wireless telephone verification are included. having ready light, warning button, flow meter programmable logic circuit. replaceable drum. Methods pertaining disclosed apparatus also provided.
