摘要: Construction of a metal–semiconductor heterojunction is promising method to improve heterogeneous photocatalysis for various reactions. Although the structure and photocatalytic performance such catalyst system have been extensively studied, few reports demonstrated effect interface orientation at junction on junction-barrier bending electronic transport properties. Here, we construct Pt/PbS heterojunction, in which Pt nanoparticles are used as highly active catalysts PbS nanocrystals (NCs) with well-controlled shapes light-harvesting supports. Experimental results show that photoelectrocatalytic activities strongly dependent contacting facets junction.
