摘要: Platelets play a crucial role in haemostasis and thrombosis evaluation of platelet function vitro, particular aggregation responses, has been one the most common useful ways evaluating risk bleeding thrombotic events assessing effects various compounds conditions on platelets. Traditional approaches to require specialised equipment trained laboratory personnel have other limitations. Studying whole blood offers more physiologically relevant measurement. Additionally, certain could be widely available than laboratories. Here we summarise application analyser (PFA-100), an accessible first point-of-care test for blood, less established, but promising approach by single-platelet counting that can also performed blood. The possibilities wider latter methodology are discussed.
