摘要: A modified first order kinetic law, which describes the roles of bound and unbound vacancies, is proposed in to predict defect decay short-range-order kinetics quenched binary alloys during linear heating experiments. The model has been applied differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves Cu–5 at%Zn from different temperatures. Activation energy for migration solute-vacancy complexes was also assessed using DSC traces. value 89.5±0.32 kJ mol–1 obtained. relative contribution vacancies ordering process as influenced by quenching temperature determined. In conjunction, a parametric study initial total concentration effective performed envisage their influence on calculated profiles.
