摘要: Over a 20 year period, 60 patients underwent 76 procedures for upper dorsal sympathectomy, usually with transaxillary approach but occasionally an anterior approach. Procedures in male and those that were carried out on the right side most frequent. There few simultaneous procedures. The extent of sympathectomy included resection lower half stellate ganglion through fourth thoracic ganglion. results satisfying vasospastic disorders hyperhidrosis quite acceptable causalgia vaso-occlusive disorders.
