摘要: Surface nanostructuring of titanium, nickel, molybdenum, and tungsten by ablation with pico- femtosecond laser pulses in liquids is studied experimentally for the first time. The morphology properties obtained nanostructures are investigated using a field emission scanning electron microscope Raman spectroscopy. size depends on pulse duration energy density target material. As rule, distribution structures bimodal. Potential applications such nanostructured substrates discussed.
