摘要: Voltage sags (defined as short-duration reductions in the RMS voltage on one or more electrical phases) are becoming most important power quality concern to electric utility customers with sensitive loads. They characterized by their magnitude and duration (which is typically 0.5 30 cycles). Sags predominantly caused faults that unavoidable distribution systems due interconnectivity of systems. The distribution-class dynamic restorer (DVR) a series connected electronics device which can compensate for system swells. By enhancing voltage, DVR increase availability A 2 MVA was developed Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Westinghouse.
