摘要: The present study, taraxerone (d-friedoolean-14-en-3-one) was isolated from Sedum sarmentosum with purity 96.383%, and its enhancing effects on alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) acetaldehyde (ALDH) activities were determined: EC(50) values 512.42 ± 3.12 500.16 3.23 μM for ADH ALDH, respectively. In order to obtain more information related the metabolism, 40% ethanol (5 mL/kg body weight) 0.5-1mM of administered mice. plasma concentrations taraxerone-treated groups significantly lowered than those control group (p<0.01): approximately 20-67% 7-57% acetaldehyde, Compare group, ALDH expressions in liver tissues abruptly increased after exposure. addition, prevented catalase, superoxide dismutase, reduced glutathione decrease induced by administration concentration dependent manner.
