摘要: Abstract In this work, BaTi1-xCoxO3 (BTCO) ceramics with x = 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 mol% have been synthesized their structural, electrical, magnetic magnetoelectric investigated. Rietveld refinement of XRD data reveals that pure BTO has tetragonal phase. On the other hand, between 2.5 ≤ x ≤ 7.5, BTCO shows both as well hexagonal phases. At x = 10 mol%, only The grain size samples is found to increase Co doping concentration. ferroelectric polarization relative permittivity reduce an in A standard magnetization equation used for fitting hysteresis (M-H) curve, thus deconvoluting ferromagnetic (FM) paramagnetic (PM) components. saturation (Ms) gradually increases from x = 2.5 value being 0.8 memu/g 8.92 respectively. origin due oxygen vacancies associated exchange interaction. magnetodielectric coefficient (MD) a reducing trend 1.80 0.18 x = 10 mol% ( α ME ) x = 2.5 mol% 3.399 mV/cm.
