摘要: “Personalised medicine” is currently attracting considerable attention and raising high hopes expectations in modern medicine. The term “personalised denotes the use of genetic or other biomarker information it does not focus on a more personal patient-doctor relationship. Furthermore, personalised medicine associated with ethical problems like priority setting opportunity costs solidarity-based public health care systems. Personalised provides modern, highly specific expensive diagnostics treatments, which serve only limited subgroups patients. At same time, research fields clinical medicine, could than such patient subgroups, remain underfunded.
