摘要: An analytical theory of the nonlinear electromagnetic response a two-dimensional (2D) electron system in second order electric field amplitude is developed. The second-order polarizability and intensity harmonic signal are calculated within self-consistent-field approach both for semiconductor 2D systems graphene. generation graphene shown to be about 2 orders magnitude stronger than GaAs quantum wells at typical experimental parameters. Under conditions plasmon resonance radiation further increased by several magnitude.
