摘要: Gamma delta T cells have been implicated as playing a role in inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. In this study, biotin-streptavidin peroxidase technique was used to determine the presence of expressing alpha beta gamma cell receptors (TCR) infiltrates gingival tissue sections from gingivitis adult periodontitis patients. The lesions were graded 1+ 3+ according size infiltrate. beta+ predominated all with no differences mean percent (20 30%) lesion or clinical status. A 0.42 +/- 0.11 0.91 demonstrated respectively. Although increased both (2.09 0.54) (2.25 0.35) increasing infiltrate, not statistically significant. However, when proportion total TCR bearing determined, there significant 3 4 fold increase 3.09 1.35 11.90 2.94 8.81 1.45 2+ similar same magnitude occurred 2.82 0.74 11.12 4.13 lesions, but (P = 0.055). There correlation between T:B ratio CD4:CD8 individual lesions.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
