摘要: The global transition towards sustainable, secure, and affordable electricity supply is driving changes in the consumption, production, transportation of electricity. This paper shows different policy aims that are promoted with smart grids Europe, United States, China. In all cases, developments motivated by possible improvements reliability affordability yielded grids, while sustainability sector not a central motivation.
