摘要: Urine samples from 141 consecutive patients referred for investigation of microscopic hematuria were examined by phase-contrast microscopy to determine the probable site bleeding into urinary tract. Dysmorphic (i.e. morphologically variable) erythrocytes, suggestive glomerular bleeding, present in 86 87 with significant who later shown have glomerulonephritis. In contrast, all 30 non-glomerular lesions had isomorphic uniform) erythrocytes urine. Ten yielded a mixed morphologic pattern dual pathology which was confirmed four patients. erythrocyte counts 376 healthy individuals showed that 95% less than 8,000 cells/ml and each case exhibited dysmorphic suggesting enter urine subjects via glomerulus. Electron 36 glomerulonephritis demonstrated range changes characteristic presumably resulting environmental suffered within renal tubules.
