摘要: Kawasaki disease (KD) is the most common cause of multisystem vasculitis in childhood. Although cervical lymphadenitis one major symptoms KD, lymph node biopsy rarely performed, because KD usually diagnosed by clinical symptoms. A was taken from a girl aged 1 year and 8 months who had suspected lymphoma, but she with after biopsy. The specimen analyzed multivirus real-time PCR that can detect >160 viruses, unbiased direct sequencing next-generation DNA sequencer to potential pathogens node. Histologically, focal necrosis inflammatory cell infiltration, including neutrophils macrophages, observed marginal zone node, which compatible acute phase KD. Multivirus detected low copy number torque teno virus sample. Comprehensive sample sequenced more than million 3 reads RNA samples, respectively. Bacterial genomes were 0.03% 1.79% all many corresponded bacterial environmental microorganisms, Streptococcus spp. genome both (77 reads) (2,925 samples. Further studies are required reveal any association microbial or viral infection pathogenesis
