摘要: The aim of this poster is to demonstrate the scope for wastewater minimisation by optimising network at a commercial lysine plant, using water pinch analysis. Water Pinch analysis technique that aims reduce fresh consumption, and hence effluent production, identifying opportunities reuse. With aid Linnhoff March software package WaterTarget™, two scenarios have been investigated: 1. Wastewater with strict constraints. 2. relaxed Economic factors are included, such as cost well discharge treatment costs various sources.
