摘要: Vital pulp therapy aims at maintaining the tissue injured but vital. Thus, use of capping materials that induce regeneration is a great current trend. This study to evaluate clinically and radiographically repair after dentin-pulp biostimulation membrane in primary teeth. Four hundred sixty-eight teeth from children aged between 5 9 years old, both genders, with deep caries lesion involvement, no furcal impairment any sign necrosis will be selected. The vital performed mineral trioxide aggregate (control group) chitosan (BBio group). clinical radiographic outcomes assessed 12 24 months treatment. thickness dentin barrier verified through Image J2 software.
