摘要: Abstract Growth curves were established for mouse 3T3 cells replicating on a plastic surface and L in suspension culture. At different stages of growth the analyzed deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate content exponential phase contained pools similar to those previously found embryo cells. When formed confluent layer, fraction synthesizing DNA was very small; such cultures dCTP, dGTP dTTP decreased while pool dATP remained approximately stationary. The decrease dCTP so marked that ratio between two orders magnitude.
