摘要: The attachment of Pseudomonas fluorescens and an Acinetobacter sp. to hydrogel polystyrene surfaces was investigated evaluate the influence adsorbed water macromolecules on adhesion. With both organisms, there a decrease in numbers with increasing content hydrogels. There also contact angle untreated, tissue culture sulfonated surfaces; however, were higher than would be expected basis data. P. fluorescens, untreated inhibited by bovine serum albumin, Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide, supernatant from spent medium, when conditioning substances added suspension attaching cells they preadsorbed onto surfaces. Dextran only bacterial suspension. Supernatants centrifuged natural freshwater samples had no effect. Thus, hydration surface adsorption can reduce attachment; additional factors relating chemical composition substratum polymeric stabilization suspended affect adhesion interaction resultant attached cells.
