摘要: A novel MOS triangle-to-sine wave convertor (TSC) is proposed. The circuit based on the exponential characteristics of devices operated in subthreshold region. with a total harmonic distortion 0.21% and bandwidth 100 kHz has been demonstrated by PSPICE simulation experiments.
