摘要: Case report We present a case of child born with birthmark over the lumbar spine, which harbored pinhole-sized opening. At 6 months age presented fever unknown origin. Subsequent lower extremity pain resulted in imaging studies that revealed spinal mass extension into posterior mediastinum. operation, was found to have an infected dermal sinus tract.
