摘要: Abstract Fine-grained BaTiO 3 -based X7R ceramic materials were prepared and the effects of milling process on core-shell structures dielectric properties investigated using scanning electron microscope, transmission energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). As time extends, constant ceramics increases, whereas temperature coefficient capacitance at 125°C drops quickly. The changes in are considered relevant to microstructure evolution caused by process. Defects surface particles increase because process, which will make it easier for additives diffuse into interior grains. shell region gets thicker core smaller; however, EDS results show that chemical inhomogeneity between grain becomes weaker.
