摘要: A new approach for the assessment of annual frequency and duration indices composite system is presented. Genetic algorithms (GA) are used as a state sampling tool generation transmission system. The GA binary chromosomes to represent states. hourly load year represented multistate component using k-means clustering technique. Transition rates between states calculated. conditional probability based method calculate sampled failure different transition rates. samples network with assigned its maximum value. Failure then reevaluated lower until success obtained or all have been evaluated. Through fitness function able trace intelligently Case studies on sample test Results compared those by nonsequential Monte Carlo simulation. These results analyzed indicate advantages proposed over other conventional methods.
