摘要: Publisher Summary The primary aim of this review is to collect together information on the solution thermochemistry trihalides lanthanides1, yttrium, and scandium. There a meager amount published work relating nonaqueous solvents, rather than more aqueous solutions. One shall deal with both types solvent, in cases, concentrating enthalpies solubilities. determination many thermodynamic properties these trihalides, especially solution, requires use anhydrous materials. These are by no means always readily available for group compounds. Therefore, discussion thermochemical results section preparative methods preceded, which one summarily relevant papers since Taylor's extensively referenced review, 1962. However, radioactive nature compounds has prevented any calorimetric or solubility investigations so far, they make only fleeting appearance
