摘要: According to the conceptual model of high-level radioactive waste (HLW) geological disposal, first, HLW is carried out solidification treatment. Radioactive nuclide was simulated by Cerium (Ce), and Ce solidified in zirconite ceramic, bodies zircon ceramic with were prepared sol-gel method. In this paper, basic principle technological process introduced. The samples characterized analyzed XRD, SEM EPMA, etc.. results show that, surface properties tablet better, high shrinkage after sintering, lower compression force, higher tablet. Most diameter Ceramic grains are range 0.5-5 μm, existing some amorphous phase among grains. Washing ammonia, crystallization degree sample than without treatment, can form crystals (Zr,Ce) O2 (Zr, Ce) SiO4.
